Grand Theft Auto VI releases on Thursday, November 19, 2026 for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. It unlocks at midnight in your local time zone.
When can I preload GTA 6?
Digital pre-orders can pre-load from Tuesday, November 10, 2026. PS5 starts at midnight local time; Xbox starts at midnight GMT (7 PM ET on November 9).
How big is GTA 6?
Rockstar lists up to 212 GB of free space for the pre-load. Plan for a day-one patch on top of that; freeing about 230 GB is a safe margin.
How much does GTA 6 cost?
The Standard Edition is $79.99 and the Ultimate Edition is $99.99 in the US. The $399.99 Collector's Edition contains physical items only and does not include the game.
Is GTA 6 on PC?
Not at launch. Rockstar has not announced a PC version or date; insiders point to early 2027, which is unconfirmed.
